Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master RTP NC -Hybrid 12 Months NC DHHS is seeking a Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master to support agile teams in planning, execution, and continuous improvement within the NC FAST organization. This role involves leading agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination, ensuring the successful implementation of Epics and Features that deliver business value. Key responsibilities include removing impediments, tracking assignments, prioritizing tasks with business stakeholders, and facilitating PI planning across teams. The Scrum/Flow Master will drive agile maturity, manage program backlogs, and support agile transformation initiatives across the Aqua portfolio.
