The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAFe Agile, Scrum methodologies, and a solid technical background in Java technologies. This role requires onsite presence 5 days a week and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using SAFe Agile and Scrum methodologies. Oversee Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure timely project delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Act as a Scrum Master where needed, driving Agile best practices and removing impediments. Manage risks, dependencies, and resource allocation for successful project execution. Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Java and web-based technologies best practices. Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to facilitate smooth deployments. Track project performance, report key metrics, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban). Technical expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Web Technologies is a must. Proven experience leading software development projects in Agile environments. Strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong communication and leadership skills.
