MANAGER INTAKE NOTES: CANDIDAT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FINANCE MODULES Job Description: Knowledge & Skill Requirements Strong expertise in Oracle Financials ERP modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, etc Strong knowledge with SQL, PL/SQL. Familiar with financial/accounting and reporting tools. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with process automation, system integrations, and finance-related technology initiatives. Knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial regulatory requirements is a plus. Education & Experience Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in finance or ERP-related roles. Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience in ERP system implementations, configurations, and enhancements. Prior experience in Oracle ERP Financials or similar enterprise financial systems is highly desirable.
