Work Arrangement ERS operates under a hybrid model, requiring at least 2 days in the office per week. The remaining days are remote. Full remote work may be considered in special cases. Travel, per diem, parking, and living expenses are not covered. Role Overview The Employees Retirement System of Texas (ERS) is seeking 10 Business Analysis Consultants for a Business Analyst 2 (BA2) role. These professionals will lead business process improvements, requirement analysis, and stakeholder engagement across various enterprise-level IT projects.
