Configure and customize FlexPLM. Expertise in FlexPLM functionalities UAT testing for FlexPLM. Domain: Retail Technical Skills: Proficiency in the latest PTC FlexPLM application, including customizations such as SSPs, CSPs, and JSP overrides. Experience in system integration using web services. Proficient in AWS components such as S3, EC2, SQS, SNS, and Lambda. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) concepts and processes. Expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, and microservices applications. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, NodeJS, and JQuery. Hands-on experience with development tools like IntelliJ and integration tools like Jenkins. Experience with Splunk for data collection, analysis, and visualization. Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA (task/story tracking) and Confluence (content organization). FlexPLM Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the FlexPLM system, ensuring high performance and uptime. Configure and customize FlexPLM to meet business needs, including managing FlexPLM queues, policy administration, and user management. Provide expertise in FlexPLM functionalities such as Line Planning, BOM, Merchandising, Design, Development, Sourcing, and Quality. Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the PLM system. Perform system testing, integration testing, and UAT testing for FlexPLM configurations and customizations. Deploy software updates and manage system integrations. Business & Collaboration Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline PLM processes. Actively contribute to gathering requirements, preparing solutions, and implementing them effectively. Work closely with clients to understand business processes and requirements for PLM. Provide training and support to end-users on PLM functionalities. Document business processes, system configurations, and user guides for FlexPLM solutions. Additional Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
