Role : Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator Location: US Remote Job Summary Responsibilities: Migration Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive migration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and communication strategies. This includes analyzing current LMS data, identifying potential issues, and defining data mapping and transformation requirements. Involves working closely with various internal teams including IT, Skills & Growth, and other business stakeholders. Mapping Features & Platform Parity: Understand current learning architecture requirements, features, and use cases to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to running the business Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate the migrated data and functionality within the new LMS. Identify and resolve any issues prior to go-live. System Configuration & Setup: Configure and customize the new LMS platform, including user management, course creation, learning path setup, and integration with other systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM). Qualifications: Proven experience (4 years) as an LMS Administrator, with a demonstrated track record of successful LMS migrations. Deep understanding of LMS & LXPs including Degreed, Saba, and Cornerstone Expertise in data migration methodologies and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and AICC standards. Experience with integrating LMS with other systems is a plus.
