Role: Oracle Simphony Architect Work location: Orlando, FL JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Summary. We are seeking an experienced Oracle Simphony Architect to lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Simphony solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in reviewing solution designs, ensuring configuration standards, standardizing processes, and driving successful rollouts and deployments. This role also requires strong functional leadership to guide teams and ensure seamless implementation across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Solution Design and Architecture Review and validate system designs to ensure alignment with business requirements and Oracle Simphony best practices. Provide architectural guidance for system configurations and integrations with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party tools. 2. Configuration Review and Setup Assess current system configurations and setups for alignment with industry standards and scalability. Oversee and guide the configuration of Oracle Simphony modules to meet client needs. 3. Process Standardization Utilize Level 3 (L3) process decomposition to define and standardize business processes for efficient operations. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency. 4. Rollouts and Deployment Lead and support the rollout and deployment of Oracle Simphony solutions across multiple sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations, including data migration, training, and system testing. 5. Functional Leadership Act as the functional lead for Oracle Simphony projects, ensuring alignment of solutions with business goals. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to teams on Oracle Simphony capabilities, configurations, and best practices. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and end users to deliver high-quality solutions. 7. Continuous Improvement Stay updated with Oracle Simphony product updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements and upgrades. Identify opportunities to optimize system performance and scalability. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Oracle Simphony architecture, implementation, and functional leadership. Proven expertise in system design, configuration, and deployment for Oracle Simphony. Experience in leading rollouts and deployments across multiple locations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of ERP systems and their integration with Oracle Simphony is a plus. Preferred Skills: Oracle Simphony certifications.
