Location: Tampa, FL Contract: 6 months Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to drive technical excellence, mentor team members, and support the success of our software development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in software architecture, development, and Agile methodologies is essential, along with the ability to design, implement, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions. A commitment to professionalism, quality, and team success is vital. Qualifications Required Education : Bachelors degree in a computer-related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience. Technical Expertise : Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, Cloud, DevOps, Automation, Agile methodologies, software architecture, and design. Leadership : Strong technical and people leadership skills, with the ability to influence and support team success. Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work well with others. Problem-Solving : Ability to tackle complex problems and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and large language models (LLMs) for potential integration into software solutions.
