Title: IT Project Manager (Business License Application) Duration: 1-3 year contract Location: Las Vegas NV (Hybrid) Summary The Project Manager - Business License Accela Implementation will be responsible for leading the end-to-end deployment of the Accela Civic Platform for business licensing. This role ensures successful system configuration, data migration, and stakeholder coordination while maintaining compliance with government regulations. The PM will work closely with IT, Business Licensing teams, and vendors to deliver a fully functional and efficient licensing system. A strong onsite presence is required to facilitate project execution, testing, training, and user adoption. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of eight (8) years in the Information Technology Field 4-6 years of Accela Civic Platform experience (HIGHLY PREFERRED) Minimum of 2 years Business License experience A minimum of two years of experience specifically in Business License implementations is required to ensure a deep understanding of licensing processes and system integration. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience working onsite with government agencies Strong understanding of CLIPS (Comprehensive License Information Processing System (preferred but not required) Four (4) years' experience managing software application implementations projects in large-scale systems, especially cloud-based technologies Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communication. The ideal candidate must have extensive project management experience, demonstrating a strong track record of leading complex projects. Onsite availability is essential, as the selected candidate will be required to dedicate significant hours onsite as needed. Preferred/Special Skills While not mandatory, four to six years of hands-on experience working with the Accela Civic Platform is highly preferred. Additionally, familiarity with the Comprehensive License Information Processing System (CLIPS) is a plus. Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive, resourceful, and innovative approach. Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative and positive team player in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with software providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all levels. Proven multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage high volumes, and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in both oral and written formats. Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar workflow management tools.
