Hi, Please find the below requirements and send me your updated profile to [email protected] Position: Workday Financial Analyst Location: Remote Duration: Long-term Project Max Rate: $60/Hr The Workday Functional Analyst will be a technical expert in Workday and in the functional area, they support to propose and implement best-in-class solutions for complex business needs. Manage and Implement Workday System/New Functionality (50%) a. Provide consultation to Business Partners and COEs, building domain knowledge, providing solutions and impact analysis b. Provide input and knowledge sharing with Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and clients as appropriate C. Serve as subject matter expert on current and upcoming Workday capabilities d. Evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday across areas of responsibility e. Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen f. Design and maintain system configuration for areas of responsibility g. Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process changes in Workday h. Configure, test, validate and implement Business Process Notifications in Workday i. Create ElBs for Business Partners j. Create and run complex ElBs 2. Support BAU Activities for Business Lines (30%) a. Service as business partner to areas identified below; serve as primary point for assistance with daily business activities conducted in Workday b. Assist in testing of integrations, security, annual events c. Maintain master data values in Workday for Business Partners d. Serve as an escalation resource for business user issues 3. Special Projects as Needed (20%) a. Participate in annual audit activities b. Perform annual maintenance on Business Processes, Tasks, Data c. Partner with Workday Business Analyst / Project Manager on requirements gathering for large scale initiatives 4. This posting is specific to our Finance/Accounting Business Lines; above job functions would apply to: Finance partner supporting designated FINS areas in Workday, including FP&A reporting (including Adaptive), Expenses, Procurement, Projects, etc. Education/Skill Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Workday FINS experience or training required; 3+ years preferred FINS functional and system experience required Adaptive experience required Understanding of Finance operations and experience in Finance data management and reporting High degree of confidentiality Ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities as well as the ability to adapt to changing business requirements; provide timely follow-ups and resolutions Agility - You'll remain agile in your decision making, planning, and delivery; using curiosity and creativity to see situations from all perspectives.
