http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2173453&uid= From: Prabhjith, Siri Info [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hi Greetings from Siri InfoSolutions We have an immediate position, please find the below details Role: SAS Programmer Location: Jericho, NY (onsite) Duration: 6+Months Note : Looking for h1b consultants who can share pp number Job Description: Over all 8+ years experience is required Responsibilities: Experience of 8-10 years, with strong experience on SAS; Coordinate efforts with corporate systems admin on cross domain issues and problem; Perform sanity checks post deployment to ensure smooth production; Partner with Insights, Modeling and reporting teams to deploy jobs in production; Set up scoring process using SAS scoring accelerator for Hadoop; Write extensive SAS codes to automate processes, reports and model scoring; Should have Basic knowledge of different SAS Merge technique; Ability to provide alternate efficient solutions as applicable; Provide alternate efficient solutions, as applicable; Report daily to Strategy and Implementation Teams regarding the results of the strategy execution; Experience in using Set Statements, how to Format and informat data; Strong knowledge of SAS with previous programming experience; Understand the requirements & Use-cases provided; Able to understand the user requirements and Use cases provided; Work with business partners to resolve defects identified; ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner; Experience with SAS/BASE (Data step programming) and SAS/SQL or other relational database software (e.g., Oracle). Requirements: Experience with ETL tools such as Talend is a plus; Minimum 5 years of experience SAS programming, including but not limited to SAS/STAT, SAS Macro and Advanced SAS programming functions; Minimum 2 years of practical experience working with SAS Unix scripting to schedule job using Cron and actively managing the entire job flow; Experience in extracting, loading, cleansing & manipulating data in a SAS environment; Experience with Google Cloud Platform, such as BigQuery and Datalab is preferred; Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Experience with creating data layers and data models in Hadoop ecosystem is a plus; Minimum 2 years of experience scheduling production jobs with SAS Management Console; Self-driven; Strong persuasion, facilitation and influencing skills; Experience working in Client environment; SAS Certified Base Programmer, preferred. SAS Certified Advanced Programmer, preferred (Not Required); Minimum Bachelors degree required; Deadline and closure oriented.
