Role : Product Owner Location- Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Type : Contract Description: Prior experience in credit card, lending, and financial services. Product Owner Certification Technical/Functional Skills 8-10 years of Product Owner experience Previous experience with various products integration Functional knowledge of Credit Card domain. Previous experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile Product Development environment and on global products highly desired. 8 years experience in product development. Roles & Responsibilities : Drive vision and development of new products, features, and capabilities based on an intimate knowledge of customer, business, and technology Lead Consumer-wide strategic initiatives to drive business results, improve customer experiences, and increase agility in product development Drive products through development, testing and launch, advocating to achieve the best outcomes Write and prioritize features for new products and product enhancements, balancing the needs of customers and stakeholders Ability to manage and negotiate across internal partners, such as Web, Mobile, Technology, Risk, Legal, Compliance and more to define and pivot product needs Partner closely with Technology teams and oversee end to end delivery. Deeply inquisitive, enjoys creative problem solving, has a strong attention to details and a can-do attitude and enjoys working at the intersection of tech and business Experience working with partners to ideate and define business features in Rally or a similar tool; prioritizing features based on business / customer value and feasibility, conducting product owner test validations Ability to manage technical, regulatory as well as communication complexity in large multi-workstream initiatives Demonstrated strategic thought leadership to develop and iterate the product roadmap and backlog ensuring global reusability. Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple project priorities and drive flawless execution in a quickly changing, highly matrixed environment Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence partners and senior leaders Previous experience in an Agile or Scaled Agile Product Development environment and on global products highly desired. Understand Product strategy, Stakeholders needs, anticipate the impacts and develop Business case to create Capabilities and features. Collaborates with System/Solution Architects, PO and Agile teams to provide solutions in line with product vision and roadmap. Demonstrate knowledge on assessing product tech stack, security, architecture, and data ability to synergize with existing products. Participate in PI Planning, I & A sessions and determine the PI objectives. Perform Qualitative and quantitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize Product Backlog Find ways to improve the products and processes with the expert knowledge of platforms.
