The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business acumen, technical skills, and Agile methodology expertise. The Business System Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify solutions, and implement process improvements. As a Scrum Master, the candidate will facilitate Agile teams, ensure smooth sprint execution, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Business System Analyst Responsibilities 1. Business Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders, including process improvements and system enhancements. 2. Mortgage Domain Expertise: Apply knowledge of mortgage lending processes, regulations, and industry standards to inform business solutions. 3. System Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test system solutions that meet business requirements. 4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to increase efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance customer experience. Scrum Master Responsibilities 1. Agile Facilitation: Facilitate Scrum teams, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives. 2. Sprint Execution: Ensure smooth sprint execution, including task management, impediment removal, and progress tracking. 3. Team Coaching: Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices. 4. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptation. Requirements Essential Qualifications 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Mortgage Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mortgage lending, with a strong understanding of mortgage processes, regulations, and industry standards. 3. Scrum Master Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification. 4. Business Analysis Skills: Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design. 5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications 1. Agile Experience: Experience working in Agile environments, with knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks. 2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with mortgage software systems, such as loan origination systems (LOS) or mortgage servicing systems. 3.
