This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic planning, and hands-on implementation to ensure optimized Salesforce deployments. This Salesforce Architect will analyze customer service needs, design system solutions, and create detailed financial models for large-scale technical implementations. They will play a key role in assessing existing Salesforce orgs, identifying risks, and providing technical guidance to improve system performance, security, and overall efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver robust, enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations. Develop technical solutions for identity and access management, data integration, and large-scale data handling. Ensure Salesforce implementations align with best practices and business goals. Provide expertise in Apex programming, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and Flows (no-code solutions). Lead architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance optimization. Collaborate with designers, developers, security analysts, and program teams to maintain architectural standards. Oversee developer code changes, monitor system configurations, and support Agile methodologies, including daily sprints and stand-ups. Create detailed Statements of Work (SOWs), process flows, and risk assessments for proposed solutions. Manage release cycles, source control, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD and Metadata API. Offer technical mentorship, best practice recommendations, and stakeholder presentations as a trusted expert advisor. Provide on-call support and hands-on configuration as needed. Required Qualifications & Experience: A 13-20+ years Salesforce Architect with at least 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation for enterprise-grade solutions. Expertise in Salesforce organization strategy, data modeling, and multi-cloud integrations. Strong background in data migration, systems integration, and AppExchange products. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools like Flows. Experience with release management, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and integration services. Solid understanding of cloud computing principles, including SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and application servers. Knowledge of human-centric UX/UI design and Salesforce Well-Architected Framework. Preferred Skills: Experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations with high-volume data processing. Expertise in security best practices, risk management, and compliance considerations.
