The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for designing and implementing robust database solutions. Experience : 10to14Yrs Required Skills : PL/SQL,Oracle PL/SQL Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of database solutions using PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. - Oversee the development and maintenance of complex database systems to ensure optimal performance. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team on best practices for PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure the security and integrity of database systems through regular monitoring and maintenance. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Develop and maintain documentation for database designs, configurations, and procedures. - Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues in a timely manner. - Optimize database performance through tuning and query optimization techniques. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. - Participate in the planning and execution of database migrations and upgrades. - Mentor junior team members and provide training on database technologies and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of database development processes and standards. Qualifications: Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in PL/SQL and Oracle PL/SQL. - Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing complex database solutions. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Have experience in optimizing database performance and query tuning. - Display strong communication and documentation skills. - Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Preferably have experience in mentoring and training junior team members. - Knowledge of database security and integrity best practices is a plus. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is desirable.
