The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in backend development, leading teams, and delivering scalable solutions. Experience with Azure (preferred but not mandatory) is a plus. This role requires hands-on development, architecture design, and leadership to drive best practices in microservices-based application development. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. Architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance microservices using Spring Boot. Define and implement best practices for microservices development, deployment, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure high availability and reliability of services by implementing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging solutions. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. Drive cloud adoption and modernization initiatives (Azure experience preferred). Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and performance tuning. Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in Java development with strong object-oriented programming concepts. Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security. Strong experience in Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecture. Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and deployment automation. Proficiency in database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra. Strong understanding of messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ). Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Cloud experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP. Knowledge of authentication/authorization frameworks such as OAuth2, JWT, and OpenID Connect. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
