Position: B004 - ITAM Software Program Analyst Location: 1101 4th St. SW, Suite 350, Washington DC 20004 (Hybrid) Washington DC- OCFO Interview Type: W ebcam Hybrid position - will require on-site reporting to OCIO office Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) Hands on experience with ServiceNow implementation, particularly the ITAM or SAM modules. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Service Now ITAM/SAM Professional or similar platforms. Strong understanding of software licensing models. Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to lead projects and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
