This is a primarily remote position that will require candidates to visit the client site on a periodic basis. Seeking local candidates who will travel to the client site when required. Job Description: Middleware/ Infrastructure Engineer with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing highly available and scalable Infrastructure. Performs complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Designs, develops/codes, tests, and documents critical and complex application programs for computer systems. Works with appropriate stakeholders to define system scope and objectives and establish baselines. Establishes project standards and processes. Breaks down software requirements and creates highly complex systems Job Requirement: Must have 7 years of qualified Middleware support experience Must have a Strong Background in Installation and Configuration of IBM WebSphere Application server Must have worked on technical escalations of advanced issues for problem resolution. Applied knowledge of industry standards and vendor certifications to maintain infrastructure. Create and maintain AWS cloud environments for web application development, including EC2 instances, RDS databases, S3 buckets, IAM users/groups, and Route 53 DNS records Configure security groups accounts in AWS environments. Provide support for the entire cycle of application (Development, Testing, Staging, Production) including building applications, deploying, troubleshooting, and tuning. Implement changes to middleware components, from request of change or project initiation through to deployment and review, to supporting the continued availability, effectiveness, and risk compliance of the infrastructure. Create and python scripts to automate infrastructure tasks. Created and Manage CI/CD pipelines for Application management. Implement playbooks in Ansible Tower for automating Server operations. Conduct Performance Tuning for Application Server for optimization Hands on experience using Oracle, MySQL, DBA, PostgreSQL, and DB2 Databases in WebSphere. Communicate with IBM Support to resolve issues Set up the Cron Jobs for the automated maintenance of the server regularly.
