Provide Incident Management and Problem Management functions as it relates to issues tied to the accounting application Mandatory Technical Skills:1. Must possess rich experience (5+ years) in supporting Accounting Systems (preferably Eagle Investment Systems) and associated workflows, such as Trade Processing, Fund Accounting, and Reference Data Management.2. Strong technical knowledge in Oracle Databases, Unix systems, and Windows Server support.3.
