The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DPOD deployment, troubleshooting transaction failures, and improving system performance in DataPower environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead DPOD deployment and configuration within Delta's environment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DPOD deployment and performance. Implement transaction monitoring strategies to identify and resolve transaction failures and bottlenecks. Conduct root cause analysis of transaction anomalies using DPODs logs and features. Prevent data loss in the monitoring process and ensure reliable data collection. Design and implement custom dashboards and reports to monitor system health and performance. Optimize DPOD performance to handle high transaction volumes efficiently. Provide user training and support for Delta's internal teams on DPOD usage. Collaborate with infrastructure, network teams, and business analysts for comprehensive visibility. Required Skills: 6+ years of experience with IBM DataPower (monitoring, configuration, troubleshooting). Strong hands-on experience with DPOD deployment and configuration. Expertise in DataPower administration, including policies, services, and security. Proficient in troubleshooting network, protocol, and API issues within DataPower. Familiarity with cloud environments and DataPower integration (if applicable). Strong skills in analyzing transaction logs and system alerts. Nice to Haves: Familiarity with enterprise-scale monitoring platforms. Experience with cloud-based DataPower systems. Knowledge of advanced system monitoring frameworks.
