On C2C Job Summary Datadog L3 Transition and Transformation(T&T) Resource Responsibilities: 1. Transition Management: - Lead the transition of Datadog monitoring solutions into client environments, conducting thorough analysis of existing monitoring systems. - Develop and execute transition plans, ensuring a seamless integration of Datadog solutions with minimal disruption. 2. Transformation Oversight: - Design and implement advanced configurations within the Datadog tool to align with client-specific monitoring requirements. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the transformation phase, providing hands-on expertise. 3. Technical Expertise: - Serve as an L3 escalation point for Datadog-related queries, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the platform's features and functionalities. - Conduct comprehensive system analysis to optimize performance, including fine-tuning alerting, incident response, and reporting mechanisms. 4. Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including support, operations, and engineering, to ensure a cohesive transition and transformation process. - Mentor and guide L1/L2 support teams, providing technical insights and facilitating knowledge transfer. 5.
