Job Title 1: Sr Performance Engineer Location: 100% Remote Type: : Contract What are the top 3 skills required for this role 1. Performance Testing 2. Gremlin and Dynatrace 3. Neoload Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience- Over 8 to 10 years of experience in Performance testing & engineering Working with project stakeholders & Business analysts to ensure effective planning and requirements definition during initial phase of performance testing Perform thorough analysis of non-functional requirements gathered and create performance engineering strategy and benchmarking plan based on current and future workloads. Should be an individual contributor, own responsibility and able to handle project E2E. Should be good in NeoLoad and Dynatrace monitoring and root cause analysis. LR/Jmeter and other APM tools experience can be considered. Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is mandate, Gremlin would be value add. Simulate user loads on scalability manner, and run tests for every deployment to ensure AWS environment can handle expected number of concurrent requests & transaction volumes Ensure that system in AWS platform can recover from failures and disruptions Measure the system response under different conditions with varying network delay in AWS environment Compare latency metrics with pre-migration benchmarks Validation of service dependency failures to capture degradation behaviour, uptime of essential services and user notification mechanisms Job Title 2: Sr Performance Engineer Location: 100% Remote Type: : Contract What are the top 3 skills required for this role 1.Neoload 2. Should have experience for script enhancements using current changes and understand the impact of previous Should have knowledge in work load modelling and understanding the existing performance test results Should be good at Server monitoring and root cause analysis using APM tools Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is preferrable.
