Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM SaaS Consultant to join our team at Level 5. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Oracle SCM SaaS modules, including Planning, Inventory, Cost Management, Distribution, and Order Execution. This individual should have experience with integrating Oracle SaaS with third-party systems and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The role requires a customer-facing position, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate across multiple workstreams to implement and optimize Oracle SCM SaaS solutions. Work on Oracle modules such as Planning, Inventory, Cost Management, Distribution, and Order Execution. Integrate Oracle SaaS with third-party systems and manage system integrations effectively. Provide innovative solutions to complex problems, leveraging extensive experience with Oracle SaaS and supply chain management. Interact directly with clients, acting as a key advisor to ensure the success of their Oracle SCM projects. Education Requirements: Masters Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, etc.). Industry Experience: Preferred but not mandatory, prior experience in SCM or Oracle implementations is a plus. Must-Have Skills: 1. Oracle Cloud SaaS SCM: Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management modules. 2. Problem-Solving Ability: Proven track record of resolving issues and finding effective solutions within the Oracle SaaS environment. 3. Leadership Skills: Experience leading teams, projects, or initiatives in an Oracle SaaS implementation or SCM context. Experience Required: 10-15 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM SaaS, problem-solving, and leadership. Nice-to-Have Skills: 1. Experience integrating Oracle SaaS with other systems. 2. Familiarity with Oracle SaaS Financials modules. 3. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management principles and processes.
