Primary Responsibilities and Expectations for This RoleThe key goal of this position is to improve our Adobe service operations, ensuring comprehensive coverage during North American business-hours. Second, this role is encouraged to be a key contributor to the enhancement of the Adobe platform and products, supporting the delivery of new capabilities as well as projects.Adobe Technology EnvironmentThe role will cover J&Js entire Adobe technology domain: Adobe Sign platform with multiple consoles serving over 300,000 users Adobe Document and Creative Cloud Apps, cloud-based license managemento Adobe Document Cloud, mainly Acrobat and Read installationso Adobe Creative Cloud product suite with enhancementsMain Tasks Perform L3 support, engaging with the business-user, other J&J technology teams and Adobe, as well as J&Js 1st and 2nd level support partners for all Adobe products, with a focus on Sign and Acrobat. User management process and platform monitoring, maintain automation scripts, address anomalies and enhance our automation Maintain and update formal knowledge for support teams and business end-users Application life cycle management. Support the delivery of new capabilities from a technical and change management perspective. Partnering with our organizational change management team as Subject Matter Expert Contribute to the platform related projects |
