Configure service management functions such as warranties, repairs, resource scheduling, and service confirmations. Set up pricing, billing, and invoicing processes related to service scenarios Integrate SAP CRM Service with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA modules like SD, MM, PM, and FI/CO. Work with middleware tools such as SAP PI/PO or SAP Cloud Integration for data synchronization between systems. Support integration with customer-facing platforms, such as SAP C/4HANA or non-SAP solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with business and technical teams.
