Title: GIS Technical Architect Location: North Carolina Description: GIS Technical Architect shall have 5-7 years of experience supporting ArcGIS systems, with experience in ArcGIS Online administration, ArcGIS Server publishing, and application configuration. This position supports the GIS Units geospatial web services development and maintenance, Esri ArcGIS Online enterprise product, and geospatial and mobile data collection efforts through a wide variety of activities and responsibilities including product development and maintenance, customer support, tool development and maintenance, project teamwork, small task management, new technology research and development, and applying technical knowledge and experience to Unit level problem-solving. Candidate must be available to work M-F from 8 AM-5 PM Eastern Time. Candidates in different time zones must receive pre-approval from staff before the start date to work based on location.
