The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions for financial, material management, and master data governance. This role requires working onsite with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive business transformation. We are open to H1B visa candidates and offer visa sponsorship. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO, MM, and MDG solutions, ensuring that all solutions align with business requirements and industry best practices. SAP FICO Configuration: Design and configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), and related modules for business processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost center accounting, and internal orders. SAP MM Configuration: Oversee configuration and optimization of SAP Material Management (MM) for procurement, inventory management, and supply chain processes. Master Data Governance: Design and implement SAP MDG solutions to ensure efficient master data management across the enterprise. Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across all SAP and non-SAP systems. Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO, MM, MDG modules and other enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party applications. Testing & Support: Oversee the testing and validation of SAP solutions. Provide support and troubleshooting for system issues related to SAP FICO, MM, and MDG. Training & Documentation: Provide training to end users on best practices and SAP system usage. Maintain comprehensive documentation for solution architecture, configurations, and processes. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement process improvements to streamline financial, materials management, and master data governance processes. Provide ongoing enhancements and system optimizations.
