This role involves hands-on coding, technical leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET, C#, REST APIs, UI frameworks (Angular/React), messaging systems (RabbitMQ/Kafka), SQL Server/MongoDB, and CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. Work closely with Product Owners, Tech Leads, Architects, Business, QA, and Operations to ensure successful project delivery. Provide hands-on development and mentorship to the team. Design and implement RESTful Web Services in a transaction processing environment. Develop scalable enterprise web applications using Angular/React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Implement and optimize queuing technologies (RabbitMQ/Kafka) and database solutions (SQL Server, MongoDB). Establish and follow CI/CD best practices, including automated testing and deployment pipelines. Ensure adherence to SOLID principles and modern development standards. Participate in code reviews and create technical documentation, including Software Architecture Documents and Code Review Packages. Support integration efforts, release management, and software deployment processes. Identify risks and dependencies early, establishing mitigation strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in enterprise application development using C#/.Net. Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and web services. Expertise in modern UI development using Angular or React. Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQL Server, MongoDB. Strong understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, API automation, and DevOps practices. Proficiency in Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams. Preferred Qualifications: Local to Austin, TX, with the ability to commute 3 days a week. Experience with P and PostgreSQL is a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
