The selected candidates will analyze and interpret complex datasets to improve operational efficiency and policy decisions. Key Responsibilities: Perform data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning to extract insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI. Analyze operational data, including budgets, contracts, and HR metrics. Work with department managers to identify data requirements and analytics needs. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research using statistical techniques. Create and maintain databases for efficient data management. Present findings through reports, dashboards, and briefings. Establish performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Research best practices in data-driven decision-making. Provide weekly progress updates. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred). Experience: 8+ years in data science, with 6+ years in analytics and decision-making. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and R. Experience with Tableau and Power BI for data visualization. Knowledge of data integration, relational databases, and business intelligence tools. Experience working with government or enterprise operational data. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in data science or analytics tools. Experience with government agencies or large enterprises. Familiarity with public sector data-driven decision-making best practices.
