Role: DFMEA/FMEA/DFM expert Type: C2C/W2 contract Location: Novi, MI Onsite Job Type: Long Term Contract Job Description: Top 3 Must Have skillsets: o DFMEA o FMEA o DFM and PLUTO The job description for a DFMEA, PFMEA, and DFM expert in an automotive Tier-1 company involves several key responsibilities and qualifications. The expert will be responsible for developing and implementing Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) processes. This includes: Creating and submitting Engineering Design and Testing (ED&T) cost targets for vehicle program display modules. Completing Failure Mode Avoidance deliverables such as Quality History, Boundary diagrams, DFMEA/Sub-System DFMEA for Tier 1. Conducting DFMEA assessments, Change Point Analysis, and Cost Design Reviews. Classifying FEDE DVP requirements and DVP requests.
