The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in EDI mapping, B2B transactions, API integrations, and troubleshooting EDI workflows to support business operations and supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain EDI integrations between Oracle Fusion, OMS, Cleo, and external trading partners. Design and implement EDI mappings using Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) and other EDI tools. Configure and support EDI transactions such as 850 (Purchase Order), 810 (Invoice), 856 (ASN), and 997 (Acknowledgments). Work with trading partners to onboard and maintain EDI communication protocols (AS2, FTP, SFTP, VANs). Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues, including failed transactions, data errors, and connectivity problems. Collaborate with IT, supply chain, finance, and business teams to enhance EDI processes. Optimize workflows by integrating APIs and middleware solutions between OMS, Oracle Fusion, and Cleo. Maintain documentation of EDI configurations, workflows, and partner setups. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of EDI development and integration experience. Proficiency in Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or other Cleo EDI tools- nice to have Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, specifically in Order Management (OM), Finance, and Supply Chain modules. Strong understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and their role in EDI transactions. Expertise in EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, etc.). Knowledge of API-based integrations (REST, SOAP) for data exchange. Experience troubleshooting EDI transaction failures, mapping errors, and communication issues. Familiarity with B2B communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, VANs). Ability to work with SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
