Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve business objectives and facilitate decision-making with executive leadership. Drive the implementation of best-in-class supply chain ecosystems. Technology & Vendor Management: Lead technology vendor selection, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and identify opportunities for long-term cost savings. Oversee global platforms, including Oracle EBS, B2B,integrated with Snowflake/ETL systems. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between IT and Supply Chain/Operations, ensuring effective project delivery and issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management, legal, HR, and finance, to drive organizational success. Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating best practices to improve team performance and system effectiveness. Implement technology solutions that enable business transformation and enhance organizational efficiency. Requirements 12+ years of experience overseeing enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS, and supply chain solutions. Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including hiring, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture. Proven experience deploying large-scale enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle EBS, and B2B). Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills with experience collaborating across departments. Demonstrated ability to manage application integration in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Experience in the semiconductor industry or familiarity with semiconductor business processes is a plus. Knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake is advantageous.
