We have Position For Job Title: Servicenow (ITSM) Developer And Architect Job Title: Servicenow (ITSM) Process Specialist (Process Mining, Now Assist, Request Management) Location:TX Job Type: /Contract H1b Experience: 10+ years Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled ITSM Process Specialist with expertise in Process Mining, Now Assist, and Request Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes, process optimization, and automation. The role will involve working with ServiceNow (Now Assist) for request management, performing process mining to identify efficiencies, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across ITSM processes.Key Responsibilities: ITSM Process Improvement: Lead and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of ITSM processes, ensuring that they are aligned with industry standards (e.g., ITIL) and organizational goals. Process Mining: Utilize Process Mining tools to analyze ITSM workflows, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to streamline operations. ServiceNow Expertise: Leverage Now Assist to automate and optimize IT request management processes, providing seamless user experience through self-service portals and AI-powered assistants. Request Management: Oversee the management of service requests, ensuring that requests are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Implement enhancements to the request management workflow using ServiceNow and other tools. Incident and Problem Management: Support the incident and problem management lifecycle, including the identification of root causes, proactive resolution, and escalation processes. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT Operations, Service Desk, Development) to implement process changes and deliver continuous improvements. Reporting and Analytics: Provide detailed analytics and reporting on ITSM process performance, including SLA adherence, request fulfillment times, and process bottlenecks. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for stakeholders on new processes, tools, and best practices. Create and maintain documentation for ITSM processes.
