Job Title: DevOps Engineer (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git) Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma Hybrid (Local candidates only) Job Type: Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git to streamline our software development and deployment processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating, maintaining, and optimizing infrastructure and workflows while ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated software builds, testing, and deployments. Develop and maintain Docker containerization strategies for application packaging and deployment. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters in cloud or on-prem environments. Utilize Git for version control, branching strategies, and release management. Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, availability, and security. Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth software releases. Implement and maintain security best practices across the DevOps pipeline. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering or related roles. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Strong proficiency in Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, or GKE preferred). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and deploying applications in a cloud-native environment. Proficiency with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible). Knowledge of microservices architecture and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd, etc.). Exposure to configuration management tools such as Chef or Puppet. Familiarity with logging and tracing tools like Splunk, OpenTelemetry, or Fluentd.
