Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration development with an overall 6+ years of experience developing web based Java/J2EE or .NET applications. Advanced knowledge and experience with XML, JSON and SQL are required. Experience with creating transactional as well as account and user-management integrations with Guidewire Policy Center and external systems. Strong understanding of reconciliation is required. Strong experience with SQL is required. Experience with web service hosting and consuming, using the Guidewire EDGE Layer. Strong experience designing/developing Rest APIs or Web Services to expose Guidewire functionality to consumers. Experience leading offshore teams is highly preferred. Knowledge of Commercial P&C insurance is highly preferred. Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate through and lead teams to solutioning. Experienced with Agile methodology and tooling (TFS, Rally, JIRA, etc.) in a technical owner capacity. Experience with source controls tools like GIT, TFS or similar. Strong experience / knowledge of Guidewire config concepts: Batch Processing, Message Queues and Event Processing. Demonstrated expertise and experience with Guidewire APIs, Product Designer, GX Model, Integrations and Product Model development (for integration, testing and data migrations) is preferred. ============================================================================ Role: Project Manager With Oracle EBS Job Location: Staunton, VA (Onsite) Oversee project teams to ensure timely and effective support for Oracle EBS modules. Provide technical support for all Oracle EBS modules, including Financials, Supply Chain, Order Management, and ASCP. Act as an internal quality control check for projects, ensuring all project documents are complete and current. Establish proper communication channels with various business functions and respond to business concerns. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality measures are met. Recognize and select appropriate solutions to business problems, challenging current practices to ensure the best alternatives are chosen. Engage with global business process owners to define business requirements and draft test cases. Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills.
