Role: Scrum Master Location: Onsite Camden, NJ JOB DESCRIPTION: Facilitate and guide a scrum team for a Connected Vehicle program in an onshore-offshore model. Responsibilities include: Leading the scrum team Organize and lead scrum ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives Facilitate onshore resolution of blockers Work with onshore product owners and team to remove blockers from project during US business hours Manage client and team communications Work closely with the onsite product owner, offshore technical and testing leads and business systems analyst to translate epics and stories into actionable tasks for the development team. Reporting Create and maintain project timelines and identify and manage risks.
