The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Financial modules and their integration across various business processes. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Lead and assist in the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle R12 Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Business Requirements: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document financial business requirements, and translate these into functional specifications for Oracle R12 Financials solutions. Module Expertise: Configure and support Oracle Financial modules, ensuring that they meet the client's business needs and are aligned with industry best practices. Integration & Customization: Support the integration of Oracle Financials with other Oracle and third-party modules, and customize the system as needed. Testing & Training: Lead testing efforts, including creating test scenarios and scripts, executing tests, and troubleshooting issues. Provide end-user training and documentation. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the Oracle R12 Financials applications, resolving issues related to functionality, integrations, and reports. Continuous Improvement: Work on system upgrades and process improvements, ensuring that Oracle Financials is optimized for performance and efficiency. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that Oracle Financials is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS). Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials modules, specifically GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM. Hands-on experience with implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle R12 Financials in large-scale environments. In-depth knowledge of financial accounting processes, including financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, reconciliation, and journal entries. Familiarity with integration techniques between Oracle Financials and other Oracle or third-party applications. Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Reports.
