Only USC/GC Role: Oracle Financial Specialist Location: Providence, RI- Hybrid (35 hours per week) Duration: 6+ Month Contract Job Description: This position will be responsible for enhancing and supporting the Oracle R12 Financial Management System (FMS) processes and address new areas of work. The Oracle Financial Specialist will lead and assist in supporting, maintaining, and developing the Departments Oracle EBS Financial System known as FMS. The Oracle ERP Modules include: Oracle Grants Management, Oracle Inventory, Oracle HRMS, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Oracle Accounts Receivable, Oracle Purchasing (PO), Oracle Account Payable (AP), Oracle General Ledger (GL). Responsibilities Work with the WorkDay HCM/Payroll and the Financial integration team on Data Mapping and Integrations. FMS is slated to sunset in October 2025. Work on Bridge Integrations between Oracle FMS and Workday between now and July 2025. These New integrations from Oracle ERP include transaction on Purchase Orders, Invoices, GL, Grants, AR, Projects. Currently these integrations are between an Oracle Financial ERP system with its own Chart of Accounts and Chart of Accounts in FMS. Develop new reports and update existing FMS Oracle reports. Required Bachelors degree SQL, PL/SQL Oracle Applications Framework XML Publisher Reports BI Publisher Reports SQL Development Ability to design, develop and deliver high level custom solutions using SQL, PL-SQL, RICE Objects (Interfaces, Conversions, Integrations and Extracts) Work with the WorkDay integration team for Data Mapping and Integrations from Oracle ERP over to the Workday System going live October of 2025 Developing Bridge Integrations from FMS Oracle ERP to the Workday ERP.
