Californica based health plan client is ours is hiring a for a remote, 3-4+ month contract role as a MHK CareProminence Quality Analyst. This is a testing role and will collaborate with the MHK quality assurance team including business analysts and developers to understand the business requirements and support the development of manual and automated test scripts for all of MHK CareProminence modules. Technical & Domain Expertise: Direct MHK Experience has previously worked with MHKs care management, utilization management, gaps in care etc (all of the 7 modules) Test Scenario Development Can create end-to-end test cases tailored to MHKs workflows and compliance requirements. Automation & Manual Testing Experience with both automated and manual testing to ensure comprehensive coverage. Healthcare & Regulatory Knowledge Familiar with CMS compliance, Medicare/Medicaid regulations, and DSNP requirements. Data Validation & Reporting Ability to validate data integrity across MHK modules and generate defect reports.
