The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking processes, financial products, and regulatory frameworks. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, document, and implement requirements that support critical banking operations. This position is open to H1B visa candidates, and we provide visa sponsorship for qualified individuals. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Work with business stakeholders in the banking domain to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Process Mapping: Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for process improvement within the banking operations such as retail banking, payments, lending, and risk management. Business Analysis: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for IT teams and ensure alignment with the overall business goals and objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure effective communication and understanding of project objectives. Documentation: Create detailed functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows. Maintain clear and concise documentation for both business and technical audiences. Testing & Support: Participate in the testing phase, including developing test cases, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and addressing defects as necessary. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure that all requirements and solutions adhere to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards (e.g., Dodd-Frank, Basel III, Anti-Money Laundering (AML)). Solution Design: Work closely with the development team to help design IT solutions that meet business needs and provide value to the banks operations. Training & Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support post-implementation to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain or financial services industry. Strong understanding of banking processes such as retail banking, corporate banking, loans, payments, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, specifically in creating user stories, writing acceptance criteria, and conducting sprint planning. Experience with core banking systems, payment gateways, and financial software applications. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Dodd-Frank, Basel III, AML, and KYC is a plus.
