The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, and experience in managing cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive AI/ML initiatives from ideation to deployment.Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects, from planning to implementation. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery. Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical AI standards. Work closely with engineering teams to optimize AI/ML model deployment and integration into existing systems. Ensure effective stakeholder communication, reporting on project status, and presenting insights to leadership. Implement agile and iterative development methodologies for AI/ML projects. Monitor AI/ML model performance and work on continuous improvements post-deployment.Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML projects. Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, model training, and deployment. Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana). Experience working with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps best practices.Preferred Qualifications: PMP or Agile/Scrum certification. Experience in AI/ML model governance, ethics, and compliance. Prior experience working in the tech industry, particularly in AI/ML product development.
