NOTES: SAP Payroll (PY): Understand payroll processes, including payroll calculation, deductions, and reporting. SAP Time Management (TM): Understand different leave types and PTO time recording, attendance management, and leave processing. SAP Labor Relations (LR): Oversee implementation of labor agreements, union negotiations, and compliance with labor laws. Someone that has supported a union environment in the past and understands the lingo (overtime, blended time, leave time, etc.) Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions for Payroll and Time Management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the integration of SAP modules with other enterprise systems. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Conduct system analysis, design, and performance tuning. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices. Job Description: We are seeking a Senior SAP Technical Architect to support a client in Washington, DC. This role requires a subject matter expert in SAP technologies who will design, implement, and optimize SAP solutions to drive business efficiency and innovation. The Senior SAP Technical Architect will play a critical role in defining technical strategies, leading solution development, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP products with enterprise systems. Additionally, this individual will provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and support escalated technical issues to ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities: Design and develop SAP technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy. Lead architectural discussions and provide expert guidance on SAP best practices, integration, and system optimization. Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and solution roadmaps for SAP implementations and enhancements.
