( 2)days onsite No h1b and OPT *****PLEASE NOTE: ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED**** The Workday Systems Analyst will work closely as part of a small team of Integration professionals supporting Workday implementations and integrations company wide.This position requires someone with an in-depth knowledge of the Workday framework and application and strong understanding of best practices and heavy integrations and integration practices. Overview of Requirements: -Experience with Workday HCM Core/Payroll/Time tracking modules -Experience/Knowledge of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Orchestration and Studio integrations. - Experience with Integration Implementation, Post-Implementation Support, Monitoring Integrations, and Maintenance -Lead and support Workday integrations through design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment. -Work closely with business units and external stakeholders to understand their data and system integration needs. -Design and implement data transformation rules to meet integration requirements. -Analyze business processes to identify integration needs and recommend solutions -Ensure accurate and secure data transfer between Workday and other systems -Manage data mapping, data validation, and data reconciliation processes. -Ability to fit into a dynamic, fast-paced project environment -Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders Log and test defects including managing iterations and versions, nuances and issues in Smart Sheets. Conduct analysis on Workday data to support projects to roll out new modules and functionality including requirements documentation, design, UAT testing and Integrations Collaborates with functional stakeholders to assess Integration needs, gather specifications/requirements, and design integrations for development. Develop Workday integration using technologies such as Core Connectors, Workday Studio etc. Understanding of API and Web Service integration technologies 5+ years of experience in Workday integrations with strong experience in the workday ecosystem Thanks & Regards...
