Position: Business Analyst- IT Asset Management (ITAM) Location: Chicago, IL Duration: 12 Months+ Visa: US Citizens / Green Cards / GC-EAD THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE AT CHICAGO, IL - 3 DAYS ONSITE TheclientisseekingaBusinessAnalystwith7+yearsofexperienceinrequirementsgathering,processmapping,andtechnicaldocumentation,specializinginITAssetManagement(ITAM)orrelatedITinfrastructure/applications,includingapplicationlifecycleandcertifications.TheidealcandidatewillhaveproficiencyintoolslikeAzureDevOps,Jira,Confluence,ServiceNow,MSExcel(PivotTables),Visio,andSharePoint,alongwithstrongknowledgeofAgilemethodologiesandexperienceiniterativedevelopmentenvironments.CertificationssuchasITIL,CCBA,orCBAParehighlypreferred,andthecandidateshouldbeskilledindefiningprocesses,analytics,andKeyPerformanceIndicators(KPIs)todriveimprovements.Therolerequiresexperienceinglobaloperations,workingwithcross-functional,distributedteams,andexcellentcommunicationandcollaborationskillstoactasaliaisonbetweenITAMteamsandbusinessstakeholders.Thecandidatemustbehighlyorganized,detail-oriented,andcapableofmanagingmultipleprojectssimultaneouslyinafast-pacedenvironment,withaproactive,analyticalmindsetandapassionforprocessimprovementanddeliveringresults.
