Job Title: QA Analyst Location: Bellevue, WA Job Type:Contract H1b Experience: 11+ years Job Description: We are seeking a skilled QA Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through the entire development lifecycle. This includes planning and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality products. The role demands experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies.Key Responsibilities: Test Planning: Design and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and functional specifications. Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of web, mobile, and desktop applications to ensure functionality, usability, and consistency with requirements. Automation Testing: Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or TestNG to improve test coverage and efficiency. Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, report, and track defects using bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla. Reproduce issues for further analysis and assist developers in debugging and resolving issues. Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing on new releases and software updates to ensure existing features are not impacted. Performance Testing: Perform performance testing to ensure that applications can handle expected user loads using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to understand project requirements and ensure high-quality software delivery. Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing: Ensure compatibility and functionality across multiple browsers and devices. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and results. Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on the development process to help improve testing methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
