The selected candidate will be responsible for the design and development of Salesforce applications for claim data processing systems within the healthcare domain. The role requires collaboration with developers, testers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Salesforce Application Development (50%) Develop and deploy efficient and scalable Salesforce solutions. Enhance existing Salesforce applications and integrate with external systems. Review and maintain code quality through testing and debugging. Provide day-to-day support and resolve technical issues. Document technical solutions and share knowledge within the team. System Design & Requirement Analysis (20%) Analyze business requirements and design appropriate solutions. Ensure seamless implementation of new features and enhancements. Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases to optimize performance. Testing & Technical Support (20%) Develop unit testing and support automation testing processes. Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolutions. Assist in deploying code to various environments and maintaining system integrity. Collaboration & Business Value (10%) Work closely with development teams, project managers, and product managers. Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions. Support cross-functional teams in achieving business objectives. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce application development. Proficiency in Lightning Web Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL. Experience with REST APIs for external system integrations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working in the health insurance domain (preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Understanding of object-oriented programming and Salesforce data modeling best practices. Hands-on experience in developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Familiarity with JIRA, Git/SVN, and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of multi-cloud architectures and AWS cloud development (plus). Experience in call center setup within Salesforce (plus). Proficiency with Agentforce / Einstein Copilot (plus).
