Only Locals Type of Position :: Long term contract Work Authorization : H4EAD,H1B,USC,OPT EAD will work GC-EAD, GC will not work Rate $55/hr. on c2c Job Description: USA We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Golang Lead Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on troubleshooting, analyzing shield anomalies, and taking corrective actions using the Reparo tool. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate logs and code to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Golang Engineer, with a strong focus on backend development. Expertise in troubleshooting and analysis, including navigating logs and code to identify issues. Experience with Java, REST APIs, Kafka, and relational/non-relational databases. Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team. Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Good to have: o Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. o Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. o Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. o Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Roles s Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Golang engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions.
