The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Rockwell PLCs, a solid understanding of GMP regulations, and a proven track record of managing automation projects in highly regulated environments. Qualifications 1. Strong technical expertise in Rockwell PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Factory Talk, ControlLogix, etc.) 2. GMP experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing 3. Project management experience in automation projects, preferably in brownfield environments 4. Understanding of validation, compliance, and regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical automation 5. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills 6. PMP certification (preferred but not required) Key Responsibilities 1. Technical Leadership (70%) Initial Phase 2. Oversee the automation system upgrade, focusing on Rockwell PLCs and related control systems 3. Ensure compliance with GMP standards, validation requirements, and industry best practices 4 Collaborate with engineering teams, system integrators, and vendors to design, test, and implement automation solutions 5. Troubleshoot and optimise existing control systems to enhance reliability and efficiency 6. Project Management (30%) Initial Phase 7. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans 8. Manage stakeholder communication, risk assessment, and change control processes 9. Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives 10.
