Coordinate with DBAs for administrative tasks like creating/rebuilding indexes, adding partitions, analyzing tables. Participating in design reviews Develop scalable solutions and support Oracle Financials application modules Participate in code reviews Provide Level 3 support for critical issues and resolve them within defined SLA Perform code analysis and investigation on problem tickets, solve Software Issues/Bugs Good technical skills in Oracle Financial Modules (PO, AP, INV, GL, CM, FA, Projects, AR, GL .) Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to establish trust with team members and clients. Proven experience (2-3 years) with prior client facing skills will be an added advantage.
