Looking Onsite || MFT Developer or Administrator || Aguadilla (Onsite)|| TCS Proven experience as a Global cape MFT Developer or Administrator, with a strong understanding of managed file transfer concepts and technologies. Should have experience on Event Rule creation, Connection Profiles, User creation Proficiency in scripting languages such as Power, Python, or VBScript for automation and customization tasks. Should have worked on Advanced Workflow Engine (AWE) and know how to troubleshoot issues related to AWE. Should have knowledge on Auditing and Reporting Module (ARM) and fetching reports to monitor file transfers In-depth knowledge of file transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, and HTTP/S. Familiarity with security concepts, including encryption, digital certificates, SSL/TLS and access controls. Experience integrating file transfer systems with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud services. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve file transfer issues Monitor and troubleshoot file transfer processes, identify and resolve issues, and perform root cause analysis. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, assisting with file transfer-related inquiries and issues. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in managed file transfer technologies and recommend improvements to the Global cape MFT platform.
